The major part of our contemporary collection is shelved in open access. To ensure availability, documents are on loan for members of the Dept. of Economics only. Documents may be consulted and photocopied in the Library.

Please contact the Information Desk:
- if you request items that are on loan
- for documents pertaining to course collections and/or mentioned on term reading lists
- for books that have to be fetched from the archives (they are ready the next day)
- for book reservations

Users wishing to borrow books should consult the Library Catalogue IDS Basel/Bern, Records list lending libraries (item status: loan).
