The Medical Library provides a wide range of electronic resources in the fields of medicine and pharmacy to support studies, teaching, and research. A selection of the most important resources is listed below.

Comprehensive medical learning and reference platform with scholarly articles, interactive flashcards, and clinically relevant content to support studies, exam preparation, and medical practice. Includes Meditricks and 3D Anatomy by Effigos. Only in German.
Complete Anatomy

Interactive 3D anatomy platform with highly detailed, freely rotatable models of the human body, designed for studies, teaching, and medical continuing education.
Thieme via medici

Learning platform with medical teaching content, clinical cases, exam training, and multimedia materials for both preclinical and clinical studies. Only in German.
UpToDate

Evidence-based knowledge database providing up-to-date, practice-oriented information on diagnostics, therapy, and patient care.
ekg.training

Online learning platform for the systematic interpretation of ECGs, featuring interactive exercises, case studies, and practical explanations. Only in German.
Access Medicine

Digital medical library with textbooks, multimedia learning materials, clinical case studies, and interactive tools for learning and clinical decision-making.
Technologies
In clinical practice, technologies such as Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR and AR) are becoming increasingly common. The Medical Library therefore offers forward-looking learning methods, giving students the opportunity to prepare for these developments and explore new medical perspectives.
